What is a CSA?
CSA or Community Supported Agriculture is a way for you to directly support our farm. Born from the concept of farmers feeding eaters directly and a shared risk philosophy. Although CSA models exist today in all shapes and sizes, Rooted Oak Farm aims to provide a CSA to our members which provides high quality fresh produce grown in ethical ways. Memberships are paid in advance of the season in exchange for a share of our bountiful harvest.

We are very fortunate and excited to be able to offer beef to our members courtesy of our neighbours (literally) at Grazing Days Farm. We stand by the care, ethics, sustainability and taste of the cows raised and meat produced at Grazing Days. Their family farm raises red and black angus beef completely on grass. Using rotational mob grazing they facilitate regenerative environmental outcomes on their farm. This meat isn't just delicious it's ethical and sustainable in an industry which often isn't.
We are offering our customers the opportunity to order beef and pick it up at our CSA drops. Boxes can be ordered for a one time pick up or for every month of the vegetable CSA. To order your box select it as an add-on when registering for your vegetables above.
